What’s Your Home Really Worth?

Don’t be misled by home values you find online.  They can be inaccurately high, causing your home to be overpriced, spending longer on the market than needed.  In the long run, you may have to settle for less than you would have if you had gotten a comparative marketing evaluation from a professional realtor like myself.

Most websites don’t give you a price range, but rather a specific dollar estimate.  A comparison of different websites will demonstrate the difference between online sites.  They are all based on historical data that may be out of date and not reflective of the current market or your home’s condition.

The first step in every home I list for sale is completing a comprehensive market analysis of your home to determine what your home is really worth.  I do this by reviewing comparable homes sold in your area combined with the condition of your home and how well the local real estate market is doing.  Armed with that data, we can then decide on how aggressively you want to price your home.
